Work is to be performed in Iraq (50 percent) and Afghanistan (50 percent), with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2012. Four bids were solicited with two bids received. U.S. Army Research Development and Engineering Command, Contracting Center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., is the contracting activity (W91CRB-08-D-0024).
