Contract Details: Utah State University Research Foundation, Logan, Utah, is being awarded a $9,999,998 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for design, development, testing, and fielding of future surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting systems for aircraft and ship operation and performance.
