Contract Details: Lockheed Martin Corp., Goodyear, Ariz., was awarded on April 12, 2007, a $10,158,808 cost-plus-incentive-fee contract for a research and development effort to design and develop the tactical reconnaissance and counter-concealment enabled radar program. Work will be performed in Goodyear, Ariz., and is expected to be completed by Dec. 15, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
