Contract Details: The Missile Defense Agency is announcing the award of a sole-source cost-plus-award-fee modification to the Boeing Co., Huntsville, Ala., under contract HQ0147-09-C-0008. The not-to-exceed price of the award is $27,891,199. Under this modification, Boeing will continue the Sea-based X-band Radar development and sensors test and evaluation efforts. The work will be performed in Huntsville, Ala. The period of performance is from October 2010 through July 2011. This procurement will be funded with both fiscal 2010 and fiscal 2011 research, development, test and evaluation funds.
