Contract Details: Lockheed Martin-Information Systems & Global Services, Colorado, Colo., is being awarded a $53,000,000 cost plus incentive fee contract for North American Aerospace Defense Commandís Cheyenne Mountain Complex Program on-going need to support operations and maintenance for the Integrated Tactical Warning and Attack Assessment mission (ITW/AA). A contract option was established in December 2009 for operations support and maintenance for the last nine months in fiscal year 2012 (FY12). This action exercises and incrementally funds the FY12 nine month sustainment option, FY12, January 1, 2012 thru 29 September 2012. The location of the performance is Colorado Springs, Colo. Work is expected to be completed Sep. 29, 2012. ESC/HSIK, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., is the contracting activity (F19628-00-C-0019; P00240).
