Work will be performed in North Charleston, S.C., and is expected to be completed Sept. 10, 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $27,882,970 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via a solicitation posted to the Military Sealift Command, Navy Electronic Commerce Online and Federal Business Opportunities web pages, with more than 50 proposals solicited and three offers received.
