This contract modification is a foreign military sales (FMS) requirement for the Canadian Forces C-17 Globemaster III Sustainment Partnership (GSP) program. This action incorporates the CF aircraft into the C-17 “virtual fleet” which includes aircraft maintenance, upgrades, and sustainment for FY08 Quarter I.
