Contract Details: McDonnell Douglas Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Mo., is being awarded a $16,663,826 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-priced contract (N00019-07-C-0037) for the procurement of nine Harpoon Lightweight Canister All-Up-Rounds for the Government of Turkey under the Foreign Military Sales Program. In addition, this modification exercises an option for an Encapsulating Training All-Up-Round for the Government of Turkey. Work will be performed in St. Charles, Mo. (38.64 percent); McKinney, Texas (20.48 percent); various locations within the U.S. (10.45 percent); Toledo, Ohio (7.40 percent); the United Kingdom (5.13 percent); Chicago, Ill. (4.49 percent); Elkton, Md. (3.97 percent); Kirkwood, Mo. (3.97 percent); Galena, Kan. (2.79 percent); and Hartford, Conn. (2.68 percent), and is expected to be completed in Dec. 2011. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
