Work will be performed in St. Louis, Mo., (40 percent); and El Segundo, Calif., (60 percent), and work is expected to be completed by May 2011. Contract funds will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured. The Naval Inventory Control Point is the contracting activity.
