This is a joint program providing global dissemination of video, map images and other data products via three existing Navy satellites at very high data rates. At this time $8,246,390 of the funds has been obligated. Raytheon will provide this effort at Raytheon Information System, Reston, Va. The Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity (F04701-97-C-0044P00159).
