Contract Details: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics-Marietta, Marietta, Ga., is being awarded a $4,050,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for 40 CC-130J aircraft for the Air Force and 20 KC-130J aircraft for the Marines over a period of six years. At this time, $271,600,000 of the funds has been obligated to provide for four KC-130J aircraft for the Marines. Further funds will be obligated as individual delivery orders are issued. Negotiations were completed March 2003. This work will be complete by calendar year 2009.
