Contract Details: Scientific Research Corp., Atlanta, Ga., is being awarded a $6,545,965 modification to a previously awarded indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, cost plus fixed fee, performance based contract to provide services for systems engineering, software integration, configuration management, test, fleet introduction, product improvement, quality assurance, and life cycle management support of various C4ISR requirements, programs, and projects. Work will be performed in Charleston, S.C., (52 percent) and Lexington Park, Md., (48 percent), and is expected to be completed by November 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured with unlimited proposals solicited and two offers received via the Commerce Business Daily’s Federal Business Opportunities web site and the SPAWAR e-Commerce Central web site. The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic is the contracting activity (N65236-05-D-6854).
