(1 percent); Branch Health Clinic, Dahlgren, Va. (1 percent); Branch Health Clinic, Earl, N.J. (1 percent); Branch Health Clinic, Sarasota Springs, N.Y. (1 percent); and branch health clinics at Fort Meade, Md., Andrews Air Force Base, Md., Arlington Annex, Va., Mechanicsburg, Pa., Philadelphia, Pa., Willow Grove, Pa., and Sugar Grove, W.Va. (1 percent). Work performed under these contracts, with options exercised, is expected to be completed by June 30, 2017. Funding is predominantly from the Defense Health Program; however, other funding initiatives such as Psychological Health/Traumatic Brain Injury, Overseas Contingency Operations and Wounded, Ill, and Injured may be used. These contracts were solicited via a multiple award electronic request for proposals as a 100-percent small business set-aside; 44 offers were received.
