Contract Details: The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co., Hampton Plaza, Baltimore, Md., is being awarded a $37,400,511 firm-fixed-price contract for the design and construction of an Operational Training Facility for Multi-Mission Aircraft (MMA/P-8A) at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, Fla., is the contracting activity (N61331-09-C-0020).
