Raytheon Company, Tucson, Ariz., is being awarded a $39,941,932 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-04-C-5456) for production of 90 Block 1 MK 44 Mod 2 Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Guided Missile Round Packs and 90 MK 20 Mod 2 RAM Active Optical Target Detectors. RAM is a missile system designed to provide anti-ship missile defense for multiple ship platforms. Work will be performed in Tucson, Ariz. (50%) and Ottobrunn, Germany (50%), and is expected to be completed by March 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea System Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
