Contractor: L-3 Communication a Titan Group
L-3 Communication a Titan Group, San Diego, Calif., is being awarded $11,036,716 for term task order #0042 under previously awarded task order (M67854-02-A-9010-0028) for acquisition, logistics and administrative support for Communications and Networking Systems Supplemental Support. Funding in the amount of $10,988,946 is being applied at the time of award. The contractor will support the Program Manager in the areas of tactical networks, wireless technologies, and legacy radio systems. The contractor fielding team will continue to support major efforts such as the Enhanced Position Location Reporting System; Defense Advanced Global Positioning System Receiver; Tactical Elevated Antenna Mast System; Satellite Communications On-the-Move PRC-150, VRC-104, VRC-90, VRC-103, Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange; Tactical Data Network - Data Distribution System; Transition Switch Module and other assorted tactical date network initiatives. Work will be performed in Stafford, Va., and is expected to be completed in April 2008. Contract funds in the amount of $650,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.
