Science Application International Corporation (SAIC), Technology Services Company, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $34,853,205 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee pricing to support the Submarine Communication Information and Command, Control Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Systems Division with technical support services for submarine and satellite communication, information technology and other C4I efforts. This three-year contract includes two, one-year options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative, potential value of the contract to $59,549,594. Work will be performed in San Diego, Calif., and is expected to be completed November 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
