The Special Air Mission aircraft provide air transportation for the president and is one of two assigned to the 89th Airlift Wing, Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. At this time, $86,826,594 has been obligated. 727ACSG/PKB, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla., is the contracting activity (FA8106-09-C-0005 P00023).
