Work will be performed in Broken Arrow, Okla. (53 percent); Fort Worth, Texas (35 percent); Philadelphia, Pa. (7 percent); Clifton, N.J. (3 percent); and Orlando, Fla. (2 percent). Work is expected to be completed in September 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division, Orlando, Fla., is the contracting activity (N61340-11-C0004).
