Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, Clearfield, Utah, is being awarded an $11,278,468 modification to a cost-plus-award-fee contract to purchase the design and testing of weapon system processor (WSP) hardware/software changes that preclude generation of a continuous signal on the command transmit lines. It will also purchase the design and development of material change to the WSP to ensure circuit cards are correctly installed and remain fully seated during transportation and when installed in the Launch Control Center operational and training environment. AFNWC/PKME, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (F42610-98-C-0001).
