Lockheed Martin Space Systems Corp., King of Prussia, Pa., is being awarded a $7,640,000 firm-fixed-price contract modification. This firm fixed price contract modification is for 50 Central Power Conditioners (CPC) that go into the MK21 Peacekeeper Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, (ICBM) Re-Entry Vehicle, which is replacing the MK12 Re-Entry Vehicle on the Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile, (ICBM). At this time, total funds have been obligated. Solicitations began Feb., 2007 and negotiations were complete June 2007. This work will be complete Sept., 2009. Headquarters Ogden Air Logistics Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity (FA8204-04-C-0011/P00006).
