Work will be performed in Austin, Texas (47 percent); Poughkeepsie, N.Y. (41 percent); Yorktown, Heights, N.Y. (10 percent); San Jose, Calif. (2 percent), and is expected to be completed December 2010. Funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Three bids were solicited and three received.
