Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Systems, Sudbury, Mass., is being awarded a $12,689,948 firm-fixed price modification to basic ordering agreement (N00024-11-G-5116) for procurement of AN/SPY-1 radar transmitter multi-mission capability alteration kits; stabilized master oscillator alteration kits; kill assessment system alteration; radio frequency coherent combiner alteration kits; and associated spares, material and installation services in support of the Aegis modernization effort. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Va. (58 percent); Andover, Mass. (32 percent); and Sudbury, Mass. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed by August 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of this fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
