Lockheed Martin Corp., Manassas, Va., is being awarded an $18,005,221 ceiling-priced modification to a previously awarded indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract (N00421-04-D-0079) for the continued development of the Improved Extended Echo Ranging (IEER) System and Command Function Select (CFS) effort for the P-3C Airborne Operation Program. Work will be performed in Manassas, Va., and is expected to be completed in September 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.
