Raytheon Co., El Segundo, Calif., is being awarded a $12,090,130 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for contractor engineering technical services contractor field services for the F/A-18 and EA-18 series aircraft systems, subsystems, associated systems and equipment, in support of the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Command, San Diego, Calif. Engineering technical services to be provided include on and off-site proficiency training, technical guidance, and advice to resolve unusually complex technical problems. Work will be performed at Whidbey Island, Wash. (40 percent); Lemoore, Calif. (20 percent); Oceana, Va. (20 percent); and Atsugi, Japan (20 percent). Work is expected to be completed in December 2015. Contract funds in the amount of $550,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, Calif., is the contracting activity (N68936-12-D-0007).
