Funds in the amount of $4,087,434 are obligated at time of award. This contract includes options, which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $26,350,589. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, R.I., and is expected to be completed by September 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
