Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., Washington, D.C., is being awarded a maximum $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the Navy’s and Marine Corps’ Enhanced Use Leasing Program. The work to be performed provides contractor support for the Navy and Marine Corps to enter into long-term leases with the private sector for Navy and Marine Corps owned properties that can be used for: maintenance, protection, alterations, repair improvement or restoration of property including environmental restoration; construction or acquisition of new facilities; facilities operations support; and provision of other services.
