Work will be performed in York, Pa. (60 percent), Fayette, Pa. (8 percent), Santa Clara, Calif. (28 percent), and Aiken, S.C. (4 percent), and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2009. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This was a sole source contract initiated on Feb. 10, 2006.
