Work will be performed at the contractor’s facilities in Magna, Utah and is expected to be complete by August 2010. The contract funds will not expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama is the contracting activity (HQ0147-07-C-0199). FY 07 research and development funds will be used. The contract will be incrementally funded, and at award will obligate $1,956,000.
