Northrop Grumman Corp., Electronic Systems, Linthicum Heights, Md., is awarded a $24,472,899 modification to the previously awarded contract (M67854-07-C-2072) for the government developmental testing and operational assessment engineering and logistics support for the Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar (G/ATOR) Increment I engineering developmental model. This contract modification increases the contract value by $24,472,899 and is in direct support of ongoing changes needed to provide engineering and logistics support to the government developmental testing and operational assessment for the G/ATOR Increment I effort. Work will be performed in Linthicum Heights, Md. (75 percent); Syracuse, N.Y. (11 percent); Wallop’s Island, Va. (11 percent); and Yuma, Ariz. (3 percent). Work is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract modification was not competitively procured, as the contract effort is within the scope of the current contract and is entered into pursuant to the changes clause. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.
