Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Systems, Tewksbury, Mass., was awarded June 29 a not-to-exceed $15,042,000 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-05-C-5346) for the design, development, and procurement of materials in preparation for integration of the dual band radar and follow-on test and evaluation at the Wallops Island Engineering Test Center land based test site and updates to the dual band radar interface to provide necessary data. Work will be performed in Sudbury, Mass. (97 percent), and Tewksbury, Mass. (3 percent), and is expected to be completed by July 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of this fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
