Work will be performed in Groton, Conn. (90 percent), and Quonset Point, R.I. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed by January 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
