The maximum value of the ID/IQ contract is $48,965,000. The statutory authority for this non-competitive action is 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The contracting activity is the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va., (HDTRA1-13-D-0002). Work will be performed at San Leandro, Calif., and is expected to be completed December 2022.
