(4 percent); Bridgeport, W.Va. (3 percent); Windsor Locks, Conn. (3 percent); Ft. Walton Beach, Fla. (2 percent); Redmond, Wash. (2 percent); Forest, Ohio (2 percent); Jackson, Miss. (2 percent); Cudahy, Wis.(2 percent); Irvine, Calif. (2 percent); Kent, Wash. (1.2 percent); Bristol, United Kingdom (1 percent); Phoenix, Ariz. (1 percent); Chesterfield, Mo. (1 percent); Los Angeles, Calif.
