Work will be performed at Marlborough, Mass., and is expected to be completed by October 2013. Fiscal 2012 Research and Development funds are being obligated at time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/HNSK, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity.
