Kollmorgen Corp., Northampton, Mass., is being awarded a $9,799,832 cost-plus-fixed-fee basic ordering agreement for engineering and logistics services, refurbishment, overhaul and upgrade in support of the MK 46 Optical Sight System and the MK 20 Electro Optical Sensor components and sub components. Work will be performed in Northampton, Mass., and is expected to be completed by July 2016. Fiscal 2013 and 2014 Other Procurement, Navy funding in the amount of $9,799,832 will be obligated at the time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (FAR 6.302-1).
