Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is being awarded a $29,531,677 firm-fixed-price contract for the design, manufacture, and installation of test equipment, associated testing, and training to standup an organic depot maintenance facility to support the AN/APY-10 Radar. This contract contains options, which if exercised, will have an aggregate total of $39,054,123. Work will be performed at the Fleet Readiness Center South East, Jacksonville, Fla., and work is expected to be completed by March 31, 2016. Fiscal 2011 and 2013 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $29,531,677 will be obligated at the time of award. Fiscal 2011 funds in the amount of $22,145,157 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This procurement was solicited on a sole source basis in accordance 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, Fla., is the contracting activity (N68836-13-C-0071).
