Work will be performed in Jacksonville, Fla., and work is expected to be completed by Feb. 28, 2016. Fiscal 2014 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $14,304,303 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was not competitively procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pa., is the contracting activity.
