The Master Code Cartridge Conversion Program is in support of the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Code Processing System (ICPS). The update will convert the current, soon to be obsolete by the year 2011, Magnetic Tape Cartridge (MTC) to a Compact Disk in order to load all National Security Agency Data to the ICPS system.
