Harris IT Services Corp., Herndon, Virginia was awarded a ceiling $450,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity hybrid contract (firm-fixed-price, fixed-price-award-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee and cost reimbursement contract line items) for services to provide engineering, maintenance, and program management support for the Crisis Management System. The IDIQ total cumulative ceiling value of the contract is $450,000,000 over the one-year base period and nine one-year option periods. There is no guarantee that the contract will be extended beyond the base one-year ordering period. Performance will be at various locations in the continental United States, with an estimated completion date of August 2015.
