BAE Systems Land & Armaments, L.P., Armament Systems Division (ASD), Louisville, Ky., is being awarded a $23,885,215 cost-plus-fixed fee order under previously awarded Basic Ordering Agreement (N00024-07-G-5438) for manufacturing and assembly services in the overhaul/conversion, upgrade, testing, packaging and shipping of three MK45 MOD 1 / 2 Gun Mounts to the MOD 4 Deployable Configuration. Work will be performed in Louisville, Ky. (72 percent) and Minneapolis, Minnesota (28 percent), and is expected to be completed by July 2009. Contract funds in the amount of $8,200,000, will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Port Hueneme, Calif. is the contracting activity.
