The Boeing Co., Huntington Beach, California, is awarded a maximum value $13,997,592 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee contract to provide the Trident II (D5) Navigation Subsystem with component production and technical support services of the Electro-statically Supported Gyro Navigator, test equipment and software modernization, and repair of ESGN, for the United States and United Kingdom. Work will be performed in: Huntington Beach, California (57 percent); Carson, California (26 percent); and Heath, Ohio (17 percent), with an expected completion date of June 30, 2017. Fiscal 2013 other procurement (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $637,000; fiscal 2014 other procurement (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $7,175,653; United Kingdom funds in the amount of $1,570,779; and fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $4,614,160, are being obligated at the time of contract award. Contract funds in the amount of $4,614,160 will expire at the end of the fiscal 2014. This contract was sole-source acquisition in accordance with Justification and Approval, 15,676 dated April 7, 2014.
