Raytheon Co., Goleta, California, is being awarded $11,999,825 for firm-fixed-priced delivery order 7021 under previously awarded Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-12-G-001D for the repair of six improved multi-platform launch controllers (IMPLCs), repair and retrofit of an additional 48 IMPLCs, and repair and retrofit of 11 primary power supplies. Work will be performed at Forrest, Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by October 2016. Fiscal 2015 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $11,999,825 will be obligated at the time of award, and will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), with one offer received in response to this solicitation. The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.
