BAE Systems, Rockville, Maryland, has been awarded an estimated $10,224,630 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) management program. Contractor will provide an enterprise-wide DMSMS predictive tool capability. Efforts include determination of the present and future state of program managed systemsí bill of material, identified items status, and their life cycle procurement efforts. Work will be performed at Newark, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 14, 2015. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2015 Air Force working capital funds in the amount of $2,826,086 are being obligated at the time of award on the first task order. Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8109-15-D-0001).
