Jacobs Facilities, Inc., of Arlington, Va., was awarded Nov. 20 a $8,204,365 contract for the detailed phase two design for the command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance relocation from Fort Monmouth, N.J., to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md.
