The University of Southern California - Information Sciences Institute, Los Angeles, California, has been awarded an $11,848,255 cost-reimbursement contract for Phase 1 of the DARPA Circuit Realization at Faster Timescales (CRAFT) – FinFET Foundry/Design Aggregration Services program.
