LPI Technical Services, Chesapeake, Va.; QED Systems, Inc., Virginia Beach, Va.; Tecnico Corporation, Chesapeake, Va.; and East Coast Repair and Fabrication, Inc., Norfolk, Va., are each being awarded maximum value $23,731,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts to furnish the necessary management, technical services, labor, material, support services and equipment to accomplish a full range of depot-level repairs and alterations, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, and removal of main and auxiliary, hull, mechanical and electrical equipment and systems onboard Navy and other military ships, submarines, boats and service craft. Work will be primarily performed in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia (Norfolk, Va. vicinity) and is expected to be completed by November 2008. Contract funds in the amount of $338,900 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contracts were competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with fifteen offers received. The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, USN, Portsmouth, Va., is the contracting activity.
