Work will be performed in Lemoore, California (69 percent); Cecil Field, Florida (30 percent); and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1 percent). Work is expected to be completed by December 2018. Fiscal 2016 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $22,398,869 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
