This order is to procure mitigation requirements to address diminishing manufacturing sources/material shortages issues and obsolescence to support planned low-rate initial production activities for the MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft system. Work will be performed in San Diego, California (49 percent); Baltimore, Maryland (43 percent); Salt Lake City, Utah (7 percent); and Indianapolis, Indiana (1 percent), and is expected to be completed in October 2017. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $15,205,897 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
