Contractor will provide a set of software tools that provide a complete constructive simulated theater-level air warfare environment. Work will be performed at Orlando, Florida, and is expected to be complete by March 10, 2021. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with six offers received. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation; and operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,965,959 are being obligated for the first delivery order at the time of award.
